Gracias con Gratitud

Una de las claves del respeto, y por consiguiente de la alegría interna y la iluminación, es aprender a ser agradecido y a dar las gracias con gratitud y con una adecuada comprensión. Ciertamente me dirán que algunas veces no hay por qué dar las gracias, y que eso cultiva una actitud inocente, pasiva y débil. En verdad, la gratitud es todo excepto debilidad. Abre la puerta a una ciencia y conocimiento superiores. Un acto emanado de la gratitud es siempre beneficioso y bello. No saber dar las gracias no significa fortaleza en lo absoluto, sino debilidad. Una persona prisionera de su descontento cae en estados mentales negativos que le roban su fuerza y su energía.
La expresión “gracias” no es una mera frase educada y convencional. Es, por sobre todo, una frase mágica, un encantamiento sagrado, un poderoso mantram trasmitido a todas las personas por los grandes maestros espirituales y sus discípulos más iluminados. Sí, muchas costumbres de la vida que practicamos en forma inconsciente fueron originalmente instituidas por seres de luz que deseaban ayudar a la humanidad. La expresión “gracias” tiene el poder de abrir la conciencia y despertar a la verdadera riqueza. Aquellos que saben dar las gracias cuando caen en las pruebas, demuestran su valor interno y su conexión con una conciencia superior. Un agradecimiento tal debe provenir de una clara conciencia y de un perfecto conocimiento de las leyes de la vida. Entonces posee el poder alquímico para transformar las situaciones y los estados mentales.

Un nuevo dia

Cada día es como si el mundo fuera recién creado.

Este pensamiento tiene dos ramificaciones distintas, pero igualmente poderosas. La primera es que cada día es un nuevo comienzo: no importa lo que sucedió ayer o el día anterior. Cuando nos levantamos en la mañana y tomamos el primer aliento, es un nuevo día, una nueva vida.

Así, en un sentido positivo, si ayer fue un desastre, o si fuiste un tirano, hoy puedes empezar de nuevo y convertirte en una persona completamente diferente.

Por otra parte, puesto que cada día tiene su propia ‘vida’, no puedes confiar en el trabajo que hiciste ayer, la semana pasada o el año pasado. No puedes decir: “Ya hice suficiente”. Puede que hayas estado haciendo este trabajo espiritual durante los últimos quince años, pero si no estás cambiando hoy, el trabajo que hiciste anteriormente no importa.

No obtenemos puntos hoy por haber hecho el trabajo ayer.

Cada día, todo empieza de nuevo.

De esta forma, lo que importa es lo que haces hoy y lo que vas a hacer mañana. Si no es así, rompes la conexión con la Luz. Si no estás constantemente iniciando una conexión con la Fuerza de la Luz del Creador, ésta se estanca y se rompe.

Puedes ser hoy alguien completamente distinto de quien eras cuando iniciaste tu camino espiritual, pero eso no es suficiente. Lo que importa es quién vas a ser, no quién has sido. Si miras hacia atrás, eres como la esposa de Lot, a quien se le dijo que no mirara hacia atrás y, según cuenta el relato, se convirtió en una estatua de sal. Mirar hacia atrás para ver lo que hemos hecho es lo que acaba con nosotros.

Debemos siempre mirar hacia delante.

Sé consciente de los laureles sobre los cuales reposas. Mira los diplomas y los trofeos, no como marcadores de lo que has logrado, si no de lo que eres capaz de lograr a partir de ahora. Y si te sientes estancado, saciado, o un santurrón, no hay mejor momento que el presente para volver al camino.

Pathway to divinity

The practice of concentration on God within, is the pathway to Divinity. It is the mystic ladder which reaches from earth to heaven, from error to Truth, from pain to peace. Where is God?

I understand gossip hurts others but tell me, how does gossip hurt us?

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the feedback and dialogue that ensues from your emails. And to answer the question…

Aside from the obvious hurtful nature of gossip, that which harms the person(s) being gossiped about, we cause irreversible harm to ourselves, in two ways:

When we do gossip about another, all of the spiritual Light ~ the energy that we derive from our kind actions, positive influence, generosity, connecting to the Creator and so on ~ is transferred immediately to the person we are speaking about.

In other words, we can talk about whomever we want, but the price we pay is the returns for our diligent spiritual work. Almost like a bonus to the person being spoken about. Ironic, isn’t it?

So, if you find yourself working hard on a spiritual level, but feeling short-changed on the results, you might want to check your gossip meter. I’m not saying that’s the only explanation for not feeling invigorated on this path, but it’s a serious factor.

The second is a more subtle danger. If you’re gossiping about another person, you’re judging them. And all of the judgment we put out there comes back to us. There’s no way around that. No judgment can come to us that we didn’t first give out ourselves.

So likewise, if you find yourself feeling unnecessarily judged, ask yourself who and how much you’ve been judging. The bottom line is, we tend to underestimate the power of our words. What we put out there comes back to us, and not with a return address.

So keep your tongue in check. Think twice before you speak.

The rainbow bridge meditation

This practice is at the heart of the purpose of the Galactic Synchronization Crews. At its simplest level it involves visualizing a rainbow connecting the Earth's magnetic poles. The Bridge is in two parts each 180 degrees apart. It also involves weekly practice of creating a time atom, and on the seventh day telepathically placing it in the Earth's crystal core. Visualizing the rainbow bridge as a group practice is an excellent way of bonding the Galactic Synchronization Crew. So meetings on Silio days (7,14,21 and 28 of every Moon) are recommended. This image of the rainbow bridge we will want to imprint in our heart, remembering it at all times.

Rainbow Bridge Meditation
Visualize yourself inside the Earth's octahedron crystal core (with two red and white sides on top, and two blue and yellow sides below). In the center of this core is an intensely blazing point of white light. An etheric column extends North and South from the blazing center to the tips of the octahedron.
Coiled around the etheric axis like two strands of DNA, are the red and blue flux tubes. In the crystal core are four time atoms. A red time atom is strung on the northern axis, and a blue on on the southern. The gravitational plane of the octahedron emanates horizontally from the center point. Along this plane are two more time atoms, a white and a yellow one, which turn like paddle wheelers making a counterclockwise motion around the center.
Now visualize that from the center of the crystal a great stream of multicolored plasma-filled light flows along the axis toward both of the Earth's poles, shooting out from them to become two rainbow bands 180 degrees apart. As Earth revolves on its axis, this rainbow bridge remains steady and constant, unmoving.
Next take the whole vision of the rainbow bridge around the Earth and place it in your heart. Imagine the two streams of rainbow light rushing through your central column, shooting out from above your head and beneath your feet to create a rainbow bridge around your body. Now you and the rainbow bridge are one. The rainbow bridge of world peace is real. Visualized by enough people in a telepathic wave of love, the rainbow bridge will become a reality.

If you were asked - “would you wish to become physically immortal?” what would be your first reaction?

If it was "I couldn't stand being here for another 500 years" then I would suggest that you are not happy with your life now. If you love yourself and your life, it does not matter if you are here for another five minutes or another 5000 years.

Most of us assume that physical immortality is just about being around for a lot longer, but this is only a by-product of it if we so choose, for physical immortality is a state of consciousness, a state of being. What physical immortality is really about is being Light in every cell of your body and being your Light Body. Being the master of yourself and your energy, so that you can do whatever you choose with your body. For the temple that houses your spirit becomes realised, divine essence that it truly is, and your body is always healthy, fit and radiant. So that as long as you choose to be in the physical dimension you have a vehicle that is in perfect working order to accomplish what you need to do. This is your divine right but only you can claim it. No more getting sick, or tired, or worn out and decaying for you have completely integrated your Light Body. You are multi-dimensional, by being fully present in your body, which is your body of light. You expand your awareness to the realisation that you are everywhere and everything, but still maintain your own consciousness, it is all part of the whole.

You are alive.

Be alive.

Because you are alive, be alive. Don’t be alive and pretend to be dead, when it doesn’t matter, doesn’t matter, doesn’t matter...

What is that basic wish that already has been given to you? Listen to it. Understand what it is saying to you. How it is addressing you. Be quiet.
And listen.

Listen to what that need is. Then you can go and fulfill it. But first you need to know what it is.

That wish has always been the same. You have gotten older or you have gotten younger.

If you center yourself on that wish, you will find you haven’t aged a day. If you center yourself on the world, you will find you have become very old, and accelerating. Which one is your center point? Which is the axis on which your world revolves? If it revolves from that center that is real, it’ll be smooth. If it is off-axis, it’ll sit there and it’ll wobble and wobble and wobble and wobble.

The Light to fulfill your needs always exists

The only reason you may experience lack in your health, finances, emotions & spirit is because you have caused a spiritual blockage - either in this incarnation or in a previous one - that needs to be cleared before you can receive the blessings and fulfillment that is meant to be yours.

This raises an interesting question - Where does all that abundance of blessings go? There are millions and millions of people in the world with differing degrees of lack. One might think that all the blessings, as yet unearned, remains somewhere in the spiritual realm, un-manifested and hidden from this world.



This is not the case.

Everything needed by everyone in this world already exists in this world. All the food, money, health, emotional and spiritual support needed by any one of us is here, right now. But it’s in someone else’s possession.

For different reasons, we each receive abundance beyond what we need. It is not ours, but rather an overflow that belongs to another person who, at this time, is not able to draw that blessing to themselves.

This understanding, when you really get it, can completely shift how you view the abundant gifts you have. When you have more of something (patience, kindness, physical abilities, abundance, etc.) it simply means there is another person in the world lacking in this area, and you are holding their blessings for them until the time comes when they can ask for it.

If, for instance, you are someone with great wisdom in emotional matters, then it is not about whether or not you “choose” to share your time helping someone in pain. The real understanding is, this abundance of wisdom you can give another person “belongs” to this other person. It isn’t yours, you don’t own it - you are simply the custodian of it until they ask for it. Their action of coming to ask for help clears their blockage and enables them to receive from you what is actually theirs.

When you internalize this understanding, you realize you never “give of yourself,” but rather, you give back to others what is rightfully theirs.

This leads us to a fundamental understanding of our lives and actions. The masters speak of a spiritual ecosystem referred to as, The Tree of Life, from which all blessings, protection, inspiration, joy & fulfillment originate. There are two ways to interact with this amazing world.

One way that most people follow is thinking of their gifts as their own. When they share, they think they are being spiritual or doing a good thing by sharing with others less fortunate. They think it’s their choice whether or not to share, and how much and how often.

While it is true that such a view will bring Light and blessings into their lives (because every positive action reveals Light), this way of life is limited in its blessings.

Profounder still is when we understand the existence of the spiritual ecosystem and that our abundance is not ours alone. We are simply holding gifts for others. It is no longer our choice to give, but rather our duty.

When we view our gifts in this way, we start to share because we are doing our part in the ecosystem. This consciousness creates a greater opening to receive from others and taps us into an unending flow of abundance.



It’s not that we “earn” the great blessings that will come to us – we “open up” to them, allowing all the supernal angels, Light and abundance to flow into us unimpeded. The blessings, joy and fulfillment that become ours when we take part in the spiritual ecosystem are great.

Be honest with yourself. See how you view your gifts and why you share. As you endeavor to change from the “My Things” view to a “Spiritual Ecosystem” view, you will open yourself up to a new level of protection, blessings and fulfillment that may be far beyond anything you have ever experienced up until now.

M ike McConnell, former Director of National Intelligence, described the principles of how to arrive at good intelligence 17 years ago while serving under Colin Powell.

“I have a rule,” General Powell told him. “As an intelligence officer, your responsibility is to tell me what you know; tell me what you don’t know; then you’re allowed to tell me what you think. But always keep those three things separate. ”

This was a profound concept to me. Most of us take what we think and turn it into what we know.

When we give out information, it’s important to separate it into what we know, what we don’t know, and what we think. Sometimes it’s hard to say what we don’t know. Our egos don’t like us to be in the dark. It takes a very smart, very responsible person to distinguish between these three areas.

We need to know our strengths, weaknesses, and what we think we can do. One reason for botched communication is we don’t separate between these three things. You’ve got to keep them separate from the beginning. Then you’ll be a more valuable leader, follower, and friend.

No matter who is working with you, under you, or above you - as long as you have someone who needs to report to you and/or you to them - be sure to share what’s known, what’s unknown, and what’s perceived. It will help alleviate expectations and allow the flow of communication to be clearer.

Ideas don’t make us experts. Awareness does. The work may seem difficult, but the point is simple. To say you don’t know isn’t always easy. But it can solve the big problems that happen when people make what they think into what they know.

Estás en lo cierto. Tu intuición no se equivoca. El cansancio que acusa tu cuerpo no es casual. El agotamiento es propio de las
